I would suggest getting a full work up down by your GYN ASAP. If you do have it then you want to manage it to the best of your ability through diet, exercise, and perhaps medication, it all depends on your symptoms and their severity. There is a lot of information out there, but I would highly recommend you focus on diet and lifestyle modification before looking to medication as the end all be all cure (there is no cure, but you know what I mean).

well I have some of the systems which is sleep apena and i have a screwed up period. I dont know about the hair thing cause i havent kept track of that. But it just feels like the period has just gone on and on the it go away for like 2 days then it comes back and goes on and on. so I dont know excalty if i have it yet or not. I havent been dianosed by a doctor offically yet. so I am just assuming that it is i have read a article about it. but would like to mention that i have only read one article. i havent did very much research on it as of yet. so that is the scoop. whatever you can gime me i would be greatful thanks
